I was born in Franklin, Tennessee in 1949.  I was raised in a Christian home and became a member of the Lord’s body in 1960.  My wife, Lillian, and I were married in 1978.  We have two children:  Michael Jr, and Jennifer Henderson. 
 
     Lillian and I moved to the Manassas area in 2005 and started attending the Manassas Church of Christ.  

     I was selected to serve as an Elder for the congregation in 2009 and regard this as a great honor and privilege.  My hobbies are golf, scuba diving and travel (with a leaning towards the oceans).
